Nothing is charged today. After Sarah's hello call we send you a secure payment link by text or email, and you pay by card on Stripe's page. We never handle your card number ourselves. Billing starts on the first day of reminder calls, and renews every month or every 60 days until you cancel. See pricing.

These calls are automated, and the person receiving them has to be okay with that. Here is what you and they are agreeing to. The full version is on the automated call consent page.

• Sarah, an automated caller, will phone the person at the times chosen (one, two or three calls a day), every day, from (814) 813-4755.
• If a call isn't answered, she'll call again a few minutes later. Voicemail gets one short sentence, never a message with medication details.
• If two calls go unanswered, she'll phone the person named in step 3 and say that the calls weren't answered.
• Sarah takes the person's word. An alert means calls weren't answered, not that medication was missed. Nothing here is medical care or an emergency service.
• Calls are recorded only if the person agrees when Sarah asks on her first call, so you can listen back. A written note of each call is kept either way and shown to you.
• Either of you can stop the calls at any time by telling Sarah "stop calling", or by phone or email to us. They stop the same day.
• Sarah's first call is a short hello where she asks the person directly whether it's all right to call each day.
