What we keep, and what we don't
Last updated October 2026. Plain words on purpose.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email, so we can reach you.
- The first name and phone number of the person we call, and the times to call.
- If you give it to us, the name and phone number of their doctor or pharmacy, so Sarah can pass it on when asked.
- A written note of each call: whether it was answered, what was said about the reminder, and when.
What we don't collect
- We do not ask for, store, or discuss which medicines anyone takes, or in what dose.
- We record call audio only with the permission of the person we call, asked for on the first call. If they decline, their calls are not recorded. Recordings are kept so the family can listen back and are deleted with the account.
- We do not collect payment card numbers ourselves. Payments are handled by a payment company, and we only see that a payment was made.
How we use it
To place the reminder calls, to call you when a call isn't answered, to show you the call history, and to bill the plan you chose. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that carry the calls and the voice for us, and only what they need to do that. We never sell personal information, and we never use it for advertising.
Consent
The person receiving the calls must know about them and agree. Our first call is a short hello where Sarah introduces herself and asks if it's all right to call each day. Either of you can stop the calls at any time by telling us.
Not medical care
MyMedsReminder is a reminder and notification service. It is not medical advice, treatment, or monitoring, and it is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.
