How Much Does a Medication Reminder Service Cost?
When families ask "how much does a medication reminder service cost?", we want the answer to be short. From $12.99 a month. You pay for the number of calls a day, nothing else. Less than a cup of coffee a week. Organizations get a separate, clearly priced pilot instead of a consumer plan with extra zeros.

Which one fits?
- 1 call a day for one medication time, often the morning.
- 2 calls a day for morning and evening medicines. Most families start here.
- 3 calls a day when there is a midday dose too.
- Paying up front saves 10% over 6 months, or two months over a year. Good for a long recovery or a parent far away.
Not sure? Start monthly and change at any renewal by telling us.
What you pay, when, and how to stop
- When billing starts. After Sarah's hello call, on the first day of reminder calls. Not when you fill in the form.
- How you pay. By card, on a secure payment page. After Sarah's hello call we send you a payment link by text or email. We never see or store your card number; payments are handled by Stripe, and you can update the card or cancel from the same page any time.
- Changing plan. Add or drop a daily call, or switch how you pay, at your next renewal by telling us. More calls a day costs more because Sarah makes more calls; fewer costs less.
- Cancelling. Call or email. Calls stop the same day, or at the end of the period you've paid for, your choice. No cancellation fee, no questions you have to answer.
- Pausing. Hospital stay, a visit to the grandchildren, a holiday? Tell us the dates and the calls pause. You're not charged for a paused month.
- More than one person. Each person we call is their own plan. Tell us at sign-up and we'll set up both; the second person's first month is on us.
Everything included means everything
There is no "basic" plan missing the part that matters. Retries and the call to your family member are in every plan, because without them this is just an alarm clock with a phone number. The record and the weekly summary are in every plan, because that's how you stop wondering.
Changing times, changing the contact person, adding the prescriber's number for Sarah to read out, a nickname, a note that Dad is hard of hearing in the left ear: all of it is included and all of it is a phone call away.
Medical advice, monitoring, or proof that a pill was taken. Sarah reminds, listens and reports what was said. If you need someone in the room, that's a different service, and we'll tell you so.
How to Calculate the Cost of Medication Reminder Calls
Practices, pharmacies, home health agencies and care-management companies don't buy consumer subscriptions one patient at a time. They buy a pilot with agreed measures, then pay per enrolled patient per month. That keeps enterprise pricing where it belongs, in a conversation about your patient count, call frequency and reporting needs.
As a guide: a pilot fee of $250 to $1,500 depending on scope, then $5 to $10 per enrolled patient per month for small organizations. Medication therapy management vendors and health plans are priced on volume. We do not price on the assumption that Medicare or Medicaid will reimburse the service, and we'll say so in writing.
What a quote includes
- Pilot scope: number of patients, call times per day, retry and escalation protocol
- Who receives escalations: family, your team, or both
- Reporting: weekly per-patient summary, monthly program report
- Measures we'll track and the baseline we'll compare against
- Privacy and consent arrangements, including a business associate agreement where HIPAA applies
- Pilot fee, per-patient price after the pilot, and exit terms
