The best way to understand MyMedsReminder is to be the patient for a minute. Fill in the form and we will set a time. At that time your phone rings, and Sarah, our automated caller, says hello, asks how you are, and asks whether you have taken your medication. You answer her the way a patient would. Then we show you the written record of that call, and walk through what happens when a call goes unanswered: the retry a few minutes later, and the call to the caregiver.

About 20 minutes. Nothing to install. We can call a landline, a cell phone, or your office line.

Who it's for

Who a demo is for

A demo is for anyone deciding whether to put patients, members or residents on the calls.

Practices and clinics

Practice managers, physician-owners and nurses who make reminder calls by hand today and want to hear what Sarah would say instead.

Pharmacies and home health

Owners and clinical directors who want to see the record their team would read each week, and where the pharmacy or agency number fits in the call.

MTM vendors and plans

Operations and partnership leads evaluating a voice channel for members who do not respond to texts. We are honest about scale: we would validate it in stages, not promise it.

What you will not see.

Sarah will not name a medicine or a dose, because she never has the medication list. And the record will say what you told her, not what you did. An acknowledgment proves someone answered; it does not prove medication was taken. We would rather you hear that on the demo than find it out later.
